English Country Guardians is led by Joanna Winstanley, who is a qualified teacher with over 20 year's experience. She has an outstanding knowledge of the English education system and the needs of overseas students. Her own 3 children have all attended Oxford or Cambridge.
After a career in the finance industry, Roger now organises all the financial matters for English Country Guardians. With a degree in Physics, Roger enjoys sharing his keen interest in Science, Maths, Geography and History with students.

Caroline went to boarding school so understands how it feels to be away from home. She has always worked with children and young people, including running her own nursery school. Caroline is married to Tom and has 2 grown up daughters.
Guardian, Cheltenham area
With a PhD in neuroscience, Cassie is a qualified teacher. She taught in several UK boarding schools before working in Psychology for a leading UK examination board. Her husband Simon is a Headteacher. They live in Cheltenham, with their son and daughter.
Helen came to the UK to study for her Masters degree in 2002. Helen now works with Joanna in the Surrey/Kent area.
Speaking both Mandarin and Cantonese, Helen is available to help all students, parents and schools with understanding language and culture.
Diane speaks French, German and Spanish. She had a background in the travel industry before qualifying as a language teacher. Diane makes safe travel arrangements for all our students.
